All massages are by appointment, and I can often accommodate same-day appointments.
Cancelations + Scheduling:
Emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please contact me 24 hours in advance. If you are a “no-show,” you will be charged a full session’s fee.
If you are sick, please rebook your appointment. Receiving massage is therapeutic, but can exacerbate colds.
If you are late, please text ahead. Be aware that we must end the session according to its booked time. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
For payment, I accept cash, check, or credit, at the time of service. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Upon request, we can issue a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. However, all claim submission and contact with the insurance company will be done through the client, as we are not an insurance provider.
I provide therapeutic massage. Any sexual remarks, sexual advances, or attempts to negotiate sex will result in termination of the session. No refund will be provided.
I do not diagnose any condition.
Certain conditions, if not disclosed, can be dangerous to a client’s health when combined with certain types of massage. Please be open and honest on intake forms to ensure health and safety for you and your practitioner. Please update me of any changes in medical conditions.
Client information will be kept confidential unless they sign a written release of information allowing me to share information with other health care providers, insurance companies, or legal proceedings.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
